Broad Street Angels (“BSA”) is a member led investors network focusing on technology, life sciences and other high growth businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Membership in BSA is a privilege which is subject to revocation or termination for a member’s failure to conduct himself or herself in a manner consistent with BSA’s Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Requirements, Membership Agreement and Membership Application.

The membership committee, presently chaired by Doc Parghi, has responsibility for recruiting, vetting, approving, processing and onboarding new members. Prospective membership approval is at the sole discretion of the of the BSA’s Membership Committee.

Prospective members can request or be invited to become members of BSA.

All prospective members must complete an online Membership Application and Membership Agreement within the Union League Website, under activities>affinity clubs>Broad Street Angels.


The Membership Committee will review all prospective member applications and conduct the appropriate level of due diligence. The Membership Committee will provide a written (email) response to the prospective member within 30 days of a completed Membership Application and Membership Agreement submission.
BSA membership dues will be billed to the prospective member’s Union League account upon approval by the Membership Committee.
